UKVCC was founded in 2005 by a number of experienced call centre professionals to revolutionise the UK call centre market by bringing together a unique proposition of advanced technology and experienced people.

The Directors of the company are:

Stuart Bowden

Stuart Bowden has over thirty - five years experience in management and IT consultancy, specialising in call centres since 1982. He is a Director of Consystel Ltd, a leading call centre consultancy, and Epistemics Solutions Ltd. His previous positions were with Aspect Europe and as a founder Director of Envoy Systems Ltd., which was one of Europe's leading call centre and CTI systems integrators prior to its acquisition by Aspect in 1997

Graham Duke

Graham has been responsible for the design and implementation of large multi-site contact centre operations in the UK financial services sector, with extensive involvement in the design of business processes and systems, including web integration, speech based IVR systems and implementation management. He is a Director of Contactplus Ltd, which provides sales improvement consultancy to financial services companies, and Quadronix Security Ltd. Graham was previously Head of Operations for Lloyds TSB Direct Channels.
