There are a number of government initiatives aimed at bringing key groups of society back into the UK workforce.

We have identified key groups that the government is particularly keen to attract back into the workplace:

• Single Parents
• Over 50s
• Disabled & Long Term Incapacitated
• Rurally Located

UKVCC's recruitment partners target these key groups (many of whom would not be attracted to traditional call centre work) through liaison with Government agencies and representative bodies.
